When missing e-mail acitivity within ClockAssist, go to our integrations-page within the webportal and make sure that the integration with your e-mail provider is enabled.
Office365 and Gmail
You can connect ClockAssist to your Office365 or Gmail-account. Afterwards, e-mailconversations of the connected account should be tracked by ClockAssist.
