You can download our Android CallSync-app through the webbrowser of your phone. Keep in mind you'll have to enable the installation of third-party apps within the settings of your phone.

This app will run in the background and track your mobile calls. It'll even give you the oppertunity to provide a description of the call which you will find in the timeline of ClockAssist.

iPhone
Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow apps to track phonecalls. Because of this restriction, we can't track iPhone-calls natively. When you make calls on your iPhone through a VoIP-network, you might be able to track it that way.

VoIP
ClockAssist can track VoIP-calls in most cases. Ask your VoIP-provider to connect ClockAssist you your VoIp-network through our website.
